Delivery & Shipping Policy
SamDecors do not possess a dedicated delivery system. We have tie-ups with leading courier and shipment companies, such as FedEx, Spoton Logistics, Trackon etc. We will provide you with a tracking id, so you can stay updated with delivery status of your order.
However, in certain situations, when your delivery address falls out of the shipment company’s covered network, you may be charged a certain added amount on top of the price of your order. You will be notified of this charge. There are no hidden charges on delivery and shipment.
Refund & Return Policy
In case the product gets damaged in transit and reaches you,
- We can provide a skilled carpenter/ technician to repair the product OR We will bear the cost if you get it repaired by yourself.
- If the product is not in a repairable condition, we can offer you a refund for the same.* (kindly see below for details)
- You can opt in for a complete replacement of the product(s), depending on the situational circumstances.
For products which gets damaged during usage, kindly see the warranty information provided on the product page on our website.
* Please pack the product(s) in the box in which it was delivered initially, using the same packaging materials. Then we will initiate the return pickup of the product(s). Once it is returned back to us, refund will be initiated accordingly.
- To cancel an order, please contact us through e-mail or phone call.
- You can cancel the order free of charge anytime before dispatch.
- If you cancel the order after we have dispatched the order, you are liable to pay for the freight charges.
